The Centro Nacional Chega!I.P, conducted a successful two-day (15-16) evaluation for the 1st Quarter of 2026 on “Centro Chega! Is Developed & Worked Effectively to Promote the Implementation of Chega! and PMAS Recommendations,” held at the Conference Room of Centro Chega!, Antigo Comarca Balide – It was participated by the Board Administration of Centro Chega!, such as Manuel Pereira (President), Rev. Arlindo F. Marçal, Inocêncio de Jesus Xavier, and Aniceto Guro Berteni Neves as members.
On the first day, evaluations were carried out for several divisions: the Finance and Operational Division (DFO), Human Resources Policy and Planning Division (DiP-PRU), the Reparative Services Division (DSR), and the Support Office of Centro Chega! I.P Organ (GAOCC). On the second day, the evaluations focused on the Preservation and Memorialization Division (DPM), the Division of External Relations, Communication and Advocacy (DREKA), and the Division of Education and Training (DEF).
In his opening remarks, Hugo Maria Fernandes, Executive Director of Centro Chega!, emphasized the significance of the 1st quarterly evaluation. He highlighted the progress and successes achieved by Centro Chega!, noting that while there are challenges to address, this evaluation aims to explore solutions through constructive ideas.
In the closing remarks, Inocêncio de Jesus Xavier, a member of the Board of Administration, congratulated the Executive Director and the entire team for successfully conducting the two-day evaluation. He acknowledged that this achievement reflects their collective hard work.
“The Board of Administration expresses confidence in colleagues, particularly the Executive Director and his structures, and all personnel of Centro Chega!. The Personal and Institutional Performances evaluation demonstrates meaningful contributions. On behalf of the Board of Administration, I extend gratitude and formally conclude these two days of the 1st quarterly evaluation.” Inocençio thanked.
This evaluation is conducted in response to the Program 510: Institutional Development and Functioning, Sub-Program 31002: Institutional Development, and Activity 4100205: Planning, Monitoring and Statistics. The DiP-PRU is responsible for this activity, which occurs quarterly.
