Access the Library at Centro Nacional Chega!
Centro Nacional Chega! Would like to inform those that enjoying reading, especially the people who would like to have a further clearer understanding of Timor-Leste’s History are invited to come to the Library at Centro Nacional Chega! Where you can access an extensive collection of books which are stored in our Library.
We have reference books across various subjects that are kept in the library collections. The books cover topics such as History, Human Rights, Transitional Justice and other academic subjects.
We encourage students, youths, university students, public servants and the general community to use your spare time to come and visit the Library at Centro Nacional Chega! To deepen your knowledge about the history of Timor-Leste, and also use your time here to visit our exhibitions which are inside the Former Balidie Prison.
The Library is open every day from Monday to Friday. The hours to access the Library are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Closed during Hours of Lunch 12:30 pm-2:00 pm).
